What’s Included With Every Rental

Every standard venue rental includes:

• 2 free hours before the event for decorating

• 1 free hour after the event for cleanup

• Setup of our tables and chairs

• One beverage employee

• Access to the patio area

• Use of our Bluetooth background music system and microphone

There is also a refundable $500 security deposit that is separate from the rental fee.

• 4-hour event: $2,000

2027 Weekend Pricing (Friday–Sunday)

Elopement packages are available Monday through Thursday only.

Beverage Service & Bar Options

One of the biggest questions we get is about beverages.

Here’s the simple version:We provide and serve all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the venue. Outside beverages are not permitted.

Bar Options Available-

Cash Bar

Guests purchase their own alcoholic beverages during the event.

Open Bar

You can choose an open bar based on:

• Timeframe

• Spending amount

The final tab is settled at the end of the event.

For events with over 100 guests, an additional beverage employee is required at $30 per hour.

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Packages

Packages are based on guest count and include your choice of two beverage options.

2026 pricing:

• 1–75 guests: $236

• 76–150 guests: $265

2027 pricing:

• 1–75 guests: $256

• 76–150 guests: $285

Food can honestly make or break an event.

That’s why The Venue at 112 works with 17 approved caterers who already know the venue layout, serving process, timing, and expectations.

Here’s how food service works:

• Food is served from the long side of the bar

• Caterers serve guests directly

• Self-service food setups are not permitted

• Desserts can come from anywhere

The caterer fee is separate from the rental price.

A lot of venues charge extra for basic furniture. We don’t.

Included with your rental:

• 16 round 5-foot tables

• 6 rectangular 6-foot tables

• 10 high-top tables

• 150 cushioned folding chairs

Additional rental upgrades are also available, including:

The patio area is included with every rental and can be used for:

Venue Rules That Help Protect Your Event

Nobody likes hidden rules popping up after booking, so we try to be upfront from the beginning.

Some important venue policies include:

• No fog machines or moon bounces

• No tape, nails, tacks, or glue on walls

• DJs allowed until midnight

• Live music allowed until 10 PM
