We offer flexible pricing options to suit your event needs. Our venue can accommodate up to 150 guests and provides a range of services including beverage service, setup, and cleanup. Whether you're planning a grand celebration or an intimate gathering, we have options to fit your budget and vision.

Can we use our own caterer or bring in our food?Our events exclusively feature the finest caterers in the area. You must select one from our carefully curated list of 16 local catering services. Please contact us for the latest list of approved caterers.

Can we bring our own beverages?No, all beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) must be purchased from our venue and served by our beverage staff.

Are live bands allowed at the venue?Yes! Live bands are allowed. Please note that the firm cut-off time for live music is 10 pm.

What is the maximum capacity of the venue?The venue can accommodate up to 112 guests with a dance floor space and up to 150 guests without a dance floor space.

Can we host both the ceremony and reception at the venue?Yes! The Venue at 112 offers three different locations for the ceremony and one for the reception, providing flexibility for your special day.

Can we bring in our own desserts?YES!

What is included in the rental fee?Our tables and foldup metal chairs One beverage employee Decorating time and Clean up time

Do we have to pay for our decorating and cleaning up time?We offer 2 hours before and 1 hour after your event for free to decorate and clean up. Any additional time needed will require a purchase.
