Parking Information

The parking area at the venue starts at the bottom of the drive way and contines all the way around the venue. The extra parking area is located near the patio to the rightto make it possible to avoid using street parking and reduce the need for extended walking distances.

What to Expect when Attending an Event at The Venue at 112

The events operate according to the specifications of their hosts but hosts usually offer these standard elements:

•               Friendly Event Staff – Our team is always onsite to ensure the day runs smoothly. •               Indoor/Outdoor Options – Some events include access to our patio or ceremony area (weather permitting).

•               Preferred Caterers – Hosts select from our approved caterers, so food is always top-tier (no outside food except dessert is permitted). The majority of events include DJ entertainment and dancing opportunities that will keep guests active throughout the night.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: That depends on the host! The invitation or contact with your invitee will provide the necessary information about what to wear. The Venue at 112 welcomes both elegant wedding events and casual birthday celebrations.

 

Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes. Our venue complies with ADA standards through its accessible entry points and disabled bathroom facilities.

 

Q: Can I bring a plus one?

A: This is up to the host. You should respond with the names which appear on the invitation.

 

Q: Will there be alcohol?

A: The Venue at 112 holds the Liquor license, all alcohol beverages are provided by the venue. The client and their guests are NOT permitted to bring their own alcohol or any beverages on the property. Some events are open bar, Cash bar, and some are alcohol-free. Check with the host!

 

Q: Is there assigned seating?

A: Usually yes, for formal events like weddings or corporate dinners. When there's no seating arrangement guests will have open seating unless noted otherwise by the host.

 

Q: Are kids allowed?

A: It depends on the event type and the host’s preferences. Refer to your invitation for clear information about this matter.

 

Q: Can I take photos?

Q: Is there a coat check?

A: Yes, We offer a coat rack area, and in colder months.

 

Extra Tips for Guests

Guests should arrive on time when doors open according to the invitation start time. The establishment will not admit visitors until the time specified on the invitation.

The bar at the venue at 112 accepts cash and credit cards as payment methods during events. The host nomrally provides photo opportunities through rented photo booths with grass walls and custom backdrops which you should use during the celebration.
